A landing page ships in 2–3 weeks. A custom web application typically takes 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Mobile apps and AI systems usually run 8–16 weeks. You get a concrete timeline in your written proposal, and weekly releases mean you see progress every Friday, not just at the end.

You do, fully. IP transfers on final payment, and the code is delivered in your own GitHub organisation with documentation and CI/CD in place — no lock-in, no hostage repositories.

Every project includes a support window (30–90 days depending on tier). After that, most clients move to a monthly retainer from £1,500/month covering iteration, experiments, monitoring and support. You can also take the handover docs and run it in-house — it's your code.
